FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Virtual Assistants are self-employed professionals who are responsible for their own national insurance, tax payments, pensions and holiday or sick leave. We are ICO registered and insured. Our reputations depend on servicing our clients well. We take data protection very seriously and have systems in place to keep information secured.

This is a really important one because many potential clients know they're overwhelmed but don't know what to outsource. In my discovery call I will ask some vital questions to understand your business more and what’s the best way I can help you lighten the load, achieve your goals and grow your business.

Pricing depends on the type and amount of support you need. We have some fixed packages; however, I do appreciate offering a one-size-fits-all price isn’t suitable for everyone. I’ll have a conversation with you about what you need and provide a clear quote.

All packages and work are on a payment upfront basis via BACS payment. If it is unsure how long a one-off project task will take, an estimation will be given, and a deposit will be expected upfront with the remaining balance to be paid at the end immediately with time tracking evidence available. We do not offer any type of credit at all.

Yes, we work with clients on an ongoing basis, providing regular support that fits their business and workload. We also offer ad-hoc and project-based support.

Absolutely. You don’t need to have a never-ending list of admin tasks to benefit from outsourcing. Sometimes a few hours of support a month can make a huge difference.

Not necessarily. We can work together in whatever way suits you. You can provide the ideas and information, and I can turn them into engaging content, or I can help generate ideas and create content around your business, services and expertise. I have worked both with clients that send me content and those who need me to create content for them.

Yes. Most of our work can be carried out remotely at my home office in Peterborough or via a team member's remote office. However, I am prepared to travel within an hour of Peterborough to create content for socials or have meetings if required. Additional Travel Costs would apply.

If you’re spending time on tasks that someone else could do, putting things off because you don't have the time, or constantly thinking “I really need to get that sorted” or spending evenings and weekends doing socials or admin tasks, those are usually good places to start!

No, while at times contracts are required to protect both parties, most of our clients operate on a rolling monthly basis.
